1. About These Terms
These terms apply to all orders for our products purchased from our webshop. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order, as they govern the rights and obligations between you and us when purchasing our products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by all the provisions of these terms.

3. Our Contract with You
We will accept your order by sending a confirmation email (usually within 24 hours of receiving your order), at which point a legally binding contract will be formed between you and us. If we are unable to accept your order (for example: product out of stock, price error or invalid delivery address), we will notify you by email. An order number will be provided in the confirmation email for your future inquiries or progress checks.
4. Our Products
The product images and packaging displayed on the webshop are for illustrative purposes only, and the actual products may have slight differences. This includes minor variations in color, finish or packaging design, but such differences will not affect the quality or functionality of the products, such as the water flow smoothness and appearance texture of a water tap. All products will be inspected before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.
5. Order Changes
If you need to change your order (for example: changing product model, color or quantity, such as replacing the model of a water tap), please contact us via email. We will inform you whether the change is possible, as well as any related price or delivery time adjustments. Please note that no changes can be made once the order has been shipped.
6. Our Right to Make Changes
We may make minor changes to our products (for example: technical adjustments, compliance adjustments or minor design modifications) without prior notice. Such changes will not affect product performance or your user experience. If the changes involve significant adjustments to product functions or prices, we will notify you in advance via email. If you do not agree to such changes, you may terminate the contract and receive a full refund.
7. Shipping Terms
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed on the invoice before you complete your order. We will deliver the products as soon as possible, usually within 7 working days of order confirmation, to the address provided in your order. If delivery is delayed due to force majeure (for example: logistics disruptions, weather conditions), we will notify you promptly; if the delay is severe and unavoidable, you may terminate the contract and receive a full refund.
8. Your Right to Terminate the Contract
You may terminate the contract in the following circumstances: the product has quality issues, is damaged or does not match the description; we make significant changes to the product or these terms; delivery is severely delayed; or you change your mind (within 14 days of receipt, excluding sealed products that have been opened). If the product has been delivered, you must return it in its original condition.
9. How to Terminate the Contract and Return Products
Please notify us of your decision to terminate the contract via email, providing your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will provide relevant instructions for safely returning the products. If the product has quality issues, is damaged or does not match the description, or if the contract is terminated due to our reasons, we will bear the return shipping costs; in other cases, the return shipping costs shall be borne by you. We will refund the payment via your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
10. Our Right to Terminate the Contract
We may terminate the contract if you fail to provide necessary information (for example: correct delivery address) or repeatedly refuse to receive the goods. We will refund the payment you have made for undelivered products, but may charge reasonable compensation for losses caused by your breach of contract.
11. Products with Quality Issues
If you receive a product with quality issues, please contact us via email, providing your order number and details of the issue (for example: product malfunction, damaged parts, such as a leaking water tap). Under Hong Kong consumer law, you have legal rights, including the option of refund, replacement or repair. Our products also come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which is supplementary to your legal rights. The warranty period for specific defects is detailed in the relevant provisions.
12. Price and Payment
Product prices (including VAT) are as displayed on the order page at the time of your purchase. We will make every effort to ensure all prices are accurate, but may correct obvious price errors before accepting your order. Full payment is required before the product is shipped, and our webshop supports designated secure payment methods.
13. Other Terms
We will use your personal information (for example: name, email, delivery address) in accordance with our privacy policy, solely for processing your order and providing customer support. The use of voucher codes is subject to specific redemption conditions, which will be stated when the code is issued. These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, and all disputes will be resolved in accordance with Hong Kong legal procedures.
