Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has not been dispatched, it will be canceled immediately upon receiving your cancellation request. If your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled; please return it to us upon receipt.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original form of payment.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days, which means you can request a return or exchange within 30 days after receipt (refurbished products excluded). For product returns, you need to keep the original packaging, and the item(s) must be:
1. In brand-new condition
2. Uninstalled / Non-assembled
3. Unused / No pieces missing
*Please submit the return form here with the necessary information. We will respond to your request within 24 hours on working days.
NOTE: Please be aware that the return tracking number must be provided within 2 weeks of our agreement to accept the return. Otherwise, the return will be considered abandoned. After that, we do not accept returns for any reason.
About Return or Exchange Freight:
1. For personal reasons, such as not liking the product, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.
2. The seller only covers the fee for product-related issues.
3. The buyer must keep the original package when returning the product.
Returns or Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted In the Following Cases:
1. Products that have been installed or assembled.
2. Products missing the original package.
3. Some products with a digital temperature display only show Celsius and cannot be switched to Fahrenheit. We do not accept returns for this reason.
4. Products do not have an Australian watermark; please be aware of this before purchasing. We do not accept returns/exchanges for this reason.
NOTE: Please make sure that the size and dimensions are appropriate. We do not accept returns/exchanges due to inappropriate dimensions.
7 Days Replacement
We only accept free product replacements within 7 days of delivery. Please unbox the product within 7 days of receiving it to check for damages or missing parts. No replacement will be made after that.
* If you notice any damage, defects, or missing parts, please contact us at cs@GrinGlobeTap.com and provide photos or videos for verification. We will work with you to find the best solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account first.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
